Transaction Times and Important Rules
Deposits are processed instantly. Withdrawals are processed from Monday to Friday, between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT, and can take up to three business days to complete. You can have a maximum of three pending withdrawals at any one time. Before a withdrawal is approved, you must wager your deposit amount at least once. If this condition is not met, a commission of 10% may be applied, or 15% for bank card and bank transfer withdrawals. Additionally, a withdrawal request requires a minimum wagering of £20 within that calendar month.
